Apartment fire on Place d'Armes
An apartment fire broke out on Sunday morning on the Place d'Armes above the Quck Restuarant producing thick smoke.

A fire broke out in an apartment building on the Place d'Armes on Sunday morning.
Thick smoke billowed from a room where a fire had broken out on the third floor of the apartment above the Quick Restaurant.
12 firemen in total were on the scene to tackle the blaze which was quickly brought under control and the fire was prevented from spreading to other rooms in the apartment.
Several people were rescued from the building via fireman's ladder.
Two people suffered slight smoke inhalation and were taken to a hospital.
The cause of the fire has not yet been made public.
